Processing times
Some of our items are in stock and are shipped straight away, other and custom requests take from 5 to 7 days to manufacture and ship. All the items are shown as in stock in the product listings, contact us if you want to be sure that item is to be sent immediately or manufactured first. Items found marked as out of stock on our page can’t be manufactured at the moment due to material shortage but feel free to contact us for details as we may be able to offer you same item with slight material variation
Taxes
We are registered EU VAT member, VAT invoice will be provided upon your request. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply.
Customs
We do our best in order to have your package delivered. If you live in countries with the strict customs we will do our best to avoid any issues at the border
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
In order to cancel your purchase contact us asap, otherwise, if item has been made for you already we may charge you cancellation fee or deny the cancellation
If you wish to return the item contact us first and we will provide you with return address, request return within 14 days of purchase, return the item unused and in perfect condition, buyer pay return shipping costs, we will issue refund when item arrive back to us
If you wish to exchange the item, just return it to us in original condition, we will issue refund when arrive back to us, meantime you can purchase new item
Because of the nature of these items we can’t accept returns or exchanges of
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
