• When, and by making a purchase in a Alpacablue store, the buyer agrees and authorizes the Alpacablue store to act on his behalf in collecting and transferring the cost of shipping ( of the purchased goods ) to the postal operator in exchange for the delivery services rendered to the customer. The seller ( Alpacablue store ) assumes role of the buyer’s representative before the postal operator and commits to transfer the amounts received to the carrier.
