All items have to be signed on delivery so make sure you will be there to receive it or pick it up later in the courier/post office. Undelivered items are returned to us after 30 days waiting period so please check in your post office if item is taking unusually long to deliver, due to high cost of return postage items sent by courier and unpicked by the buyer are not returned to us and are considered lost, you may always contact them and ask for different delivery time or location which they will happily change for you

Returns & exchanges
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

In order to cancel your purchase contact us asap, otherwise, if item has been already made for you we may charge you cancellation fee or deny the cancellation

If you wish to return the item

request return within 14 days of purchase
contact us first and we assist you with filling customs declaration and will provide you with return address
return the item unused and in original condition
buyer pays return shipping
we will issue refund within 7 days after item arrives back to us

If you wish to exchange the item, just return it to us in original condition, we will send you new item shortly after receiving returned one.
