Due to changing tax procedures we have disabled shipping to some destinations
If your country doesn’t appear on the list contact us and we will either manage that for you or provide you with the link to etsy listing which will have worldwide shipping active

Please note that we have very little control over shipping times and can’t take responsibility for postage or customs delays. You may prefer to choose expedited shipping option if time is important for you
All items have to be signed on delivery so make sure you will be there to receive it or pick it up later in the courier/post office. Undelivered items are returned to us after 30 days waiting period so please check in your post office if item is taking unusually long to deliver, you may always contact them and ask for different delivery time or location which they will happily change for you
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on all but custom and personalized orders
In order to cancel your purchase contact us asap, otherwise, if item has been already made for you we may charge you cancellation fee or deny the cancellation
If you wish to return the item
- request return within 14 days of receiving the item
- contact us first and we assist you with filling customs declaration and will provide you with return address
- return the item unused and in original condition
- buyer pays return postage
- we will issue refund within 7 days after item arrives back to us
If you wish to exchange the item, just return it to us in original condition, we will send you new item shortly after receiving returned one.
You can always speed up things by purchasing the new item and organizing return meantime
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as correct filling of custom forms, any surcharges due to errors will be rested from refund total.
Item must be returned in original condition, unused and with original accessories like jewelry box leaflets etc. any loss in value of the items will be rested from refund total
